After 10 years with Coldwell Banker downtown Palo Alto, I am pleased to announce that I have joined the Sereno Group and I hope you will share my excitement in this new opportunity. Sereno Group is a growing real estate company which focuses on local markets. Founded in 2006 by Chris Trapani, former President of Coldwell Banker Silicon Valley, Sereno Group has been built one agent at a time with a strong focus on being nimble and responsive to the diversity of market conditions in each community. I have been offered the opportunity to be part of the foundation in building the Palo Alto office. I am thrilled to participate in a culture that is young, energetic, intelligent, and adaptive.
Sereno Group will close $1Billion in sales in 2011 and is already solidly ranked among the top 4 most productive real estate firms in Silicon Valley per the Silicon Valley Business Journal. It enjoys the highest per agent productivity as compared to all other residential real estate firms in Silicon Valley/Bay Area. Sereno Group was also recognized as the #1 place to work in the entire Bay Area, for all business categories, in 2010 by the Bay Area News Group.
My new office is one block away at 258 High Street in downtown Palo Alto. As I have told you in the past, every company has the same tools. It is how the agent uses the tools and the surrounding office and company culture that makes the difference. I have great confidence that I can contribute to this new venture and I am looking forward to the challenge. As clients and friends, the only thing that will change is the name of the company and the logo you will see. I continue to represent my client base in the listing and selling of residential property. Nothing has changed there. My phone number & website are the same - 650.450.1912, www.kathleenpasin.com - and I have a new e-mail address: kathleenpasin@ serenogroup.com.
On a personal note…. a lot of things have happened this year. Dave and I had our 13th wedding anniversary & I had a 25th High School reunion from Palo Alto High and we moved. Dave continues to enjoy his job in San Francisco at Demand Force (they’re hiring BTW), Ben and Max are playing soccer, baseball, now lacrosse. Whew! Taylor and Erin are both living in Canada and doing great. Outside of my job that I am so blessed to love, I continue to teach skating at the winter lodge, ski, hike and do kick boxing. We had a lot of fun in Cape Cod this summer and skiing in the winter. Wishing you and your family all the best for a fabulous 2012!!
